The Speaker reversed the referrals for the following:                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1                                                                                          
     Proposing an amendment to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                            
     Legislature relating to voting and abstention from voting.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
HCR 1 will be referred to the Judiciary Committee with a further                                                                
referral to the State Affairs Committee.
